Response Target

We aim to reply within 48 hours on business days, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm CST, excluding holidays. This response target is not guaranteed.

CueReady AI may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or outages. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

The app includes Settings -> Diagnostics for checking backend readiness, question detection, profile readiness, and answer generation.

Email support is available at maeserbern@gmail.com. No phone or social media support is offered.

Refunds

iOS refunds are managed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android refunds are managed by Google Play. CueReady AI cannot process refunds directly.
