Terms of Service

1. LICENSE
CueReady AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

2. EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT USE ONLY
Educational and entertainment use only.
CueReady AI is an educational and entertainment tool. It does not guarantee employment, interview success, or any professional outcome. It is not a recruiter or staffing agency. All generated content should be reviewed before use.

3. SAFETY
Do not use CueReady AI while driving, operating machinery, or in any safety-critical situation. This app is not for emergency use.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
CueReady AI may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or outages. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. We are not liable for interruptions to service.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES AND REFUNDS
All purchases are processed by Apple on iOS or Google on Android. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com or by Google Play. CueReady AI cannot process refunds directly. The Premium 30-Day Pass expires after 30 calendar days with no auto-renewal.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Plans may include live-assistant minute limits, answer/session limits, transcript storage limits, and feature limits. Live-assistant minutes apply to automatic listening and companion features. Practice answers and saved transcripts are limited by plan as shown in the app.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
CueReady AI, its logo, and related trade dress are trademarks of Maeser. All content, design, and code are protected by copyright. Apple, Google, Zoom, Webex, and other names are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use CueReady AI to submit false information, misrepresent yourself to employers, violate any applicable law, or infringe the rights of others.

CueReady AI is designed for practice, preparation, and user-controlled companion support. You are responsible for complying with interview, employer, school, meeting, and platform rules that apply to you.

9. DMCA / IP COMPLAINTS
For copyright or intellectual property complaints under the DMCA or similar laws, submit via Support -> IP Complaint. We will respond per applicable law.

10. CHILD PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16, or the applicable local digital consent age. COPPA: We do not collect data from children under 13 in the U.S. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact Support for deletion.

11. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
This app only uses Apple-approved cryptography with TLS and is compliant with U.S. export laws. No custom cryptography is used.

12. CONSUMER LAW CARVE-OUT
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under local law. In the EU/UK, you retain all rights under applicable consumer law.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration and not class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of acceptance by contacting Support.

14. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, government actions, or internet failures.

15. TERMINATION
If CueReady AI discontinues service, we will provide 30 days notice and offer an option to export your data.

16. DATA RESIDENCY
Data is stored and processed in the United States. Non-U.S. users consent to cross-border data transfers by using this app.
